About Us

Welcome to Ninska Designs – a small but mighty UK-based business with a team of two (plus three animal sidekicks who definitely think they’re in charge).

There’s Victor the tortoise, who keeps us grounded, Sophia the miniature cat, our fierce quality control officer, and Sindy the normal-sized cat, who is completely useless—especially when it comes to testing jigsaws (unless sitting on pieces is a skill).

Our Story

We're now in our third year of Ninska Designs, but it all started with our sister shop, Ninska Prints on Etsy, where we’ve spent years collecting and selling original antique maps and prints.

With Ninska Designs, we bring these historical treasures to life in new ways—turning them into art prints, jigsaws, tea towels, and cards using digitally enhanced colours and details that blend history with vibrant design.

What We Offer

We work with over 600 unique designs, covering subjects like Astronomy, Anatomy, Geology, Locomotion and Cartography, plus plenty of beautifully surreal things you never knew you needed

Our art prints come unmatted, mounted, or framed in solid wood, all hand-framed and packed right here in our Sussex office—with (un)helpful supervision from the pets, of course.

We also offer tea towels, greeting cards, and 1000-piece jigsaw puzzles—all featuring our signature antique-inspired artwork.

Ethically Made

All of our products are printed in the UK using FSC-certified or recycled materials, and we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
