There is something wonderfully arresting about antique scientific diagrams, and this spectrum analysis print has that appeal in spades. With its bands of colour, fine notation and laboratory precision, it turns the study of light into something unexpectedly elegant. It has all the fascination of a Victorian physics or chemistry plate, making it a brilliant choice for anyone drawn to vintage science wall art, antique educational prints and interiors with a thoughtful, academic edge. Perfect for a study, office, classroom or gallery wall, it brings colour, curiosity and quiet intelligence to the room.
This is an edited reproduction made from antique/public domain source imagery.
Print quality
Printed on beautifully textured 300gsm cotton rag paper using archival pigment inks, this reproduction has a crisp, characterful finish that suits antique scientific illustration especially well. The heavyweight fine art paper gives the image depth and presence, while the archival inks help preserve its subtle tones, fine linework and striking colour detail.
